Who Are We?

We’re two high school students from Illinois (Barrington & Libertyville High School) who wanted to make finding a job easier for students like us. We know how overwhelming it can be to search through countless job listings, figure out where to apply, and put together applications while balancing schoolwork.

So, we decided to do something about it. We’re building a service for students, by students, helping take the stress out of the job search and making it easier for students to find and apply for opportunities that are right for them.

We’re starting small, but our goal is big: to help as many students as possible.

  • As students of Barrington and Libertyville High School in Illinois, we have both helped friends and classmates alike who were unable to get a job not because they were unqualified, rather, because they weren’t effectively picking the right jobs and answering preliminary applications correctly. After getting our peers interviews at businesses like Pacsun, Hollister, TopGolf, Chipotle, Tilly’s, American Eagle, and more, we decided to launch this startup to help as many students as possible.

  • We’re different than other resume-builders and AI interview helpers by:

    • Tailoring our services to just high-school and college-aged students in a job market that’s progressively getting worse for that age group. Our services are designed around the reality of being a student with limited experience, limited time, and often little knowledge of how the professional job market works.

    • Employing a strict No-AI policy, offering exclusively human insight and perspective instead of being a new-age low effort AI automation business.

    • Rather than simply helping students create a resume and leaving them to figure out the rest, we help with the entire job-search process — from finding relevant opportunities to applying and preparing for interviews.

    • We keep our services at a price point students can realistically afford, rather than charging the rates typically associated with professional career coaching or resume services.

  • After purchasing one of our three packages, you’ll complete a short questionnaire about yourself, your job preferences, experience, skills, location, and goals. This allows us to personalize your results and provide the best chance of landing a job.

  • We do not apply to jobs for you. Our services involve:

    • Picking out jobs that best suit you based on your location, experience, and interests
